University of Laghouat organized a workshop to disseminate the acquired skills and good practices of RISE project in addition to introduce further the aims and objectives of RISE.

The workshop divided into two main themes, the first is "Staff Performance Evaluation", which was widely discussed by the attendees on 12 June 2017, and the second is "Analysis of Training Needs, Evaluation of Training" held on 15 June 2017.
